HIIT / ACCELERATE
Functional fitness circuit-style training. The fastest way to burn excess calories and see real results. Our High Intensity Interval Training classes consist of quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery to challenge cardiovascular fitness and quick-twitch muscle fibres, boosting your metabolism allowing after-burn for up to 24 hours post-workout.
Classes are limited to 8 participants in accordance with social distancing requirements and to enable us to closely monitor your form so get the best results.

Our Barre classes are taught by professional dancers to strengthen and tone legs, glutes, arms and abs to banging upbeat tunes in a fun and inclusive environment.
We offer different styles of Barre from low-impact to high-intensity to suit your vibe and workout goals.
Taught in our Insta-famous pink neon Grace studio, no class is ever the same and we just know you will love this workout experience.

The Pilates Springboard is a 2D version of the vertical spring system on the original Pilates Cadillac. Wall-based spring resistance exercises incorporate movement patterns similar to Reformer Pilates, but with more challenge in the eccentric phase, creating longer, leaner, stronger muscles and a better toned and defined physique. Core stability, coordination and balance is also improved. Classes take a clinical approach and are limited to a maximum of 12 participants ensuring a strong focus on traditional Pilates principles. Suitable for all levels including clients with minor injuries or during pregnancy.

The Pilates Reformer is a core strengthening apparatus unlike any other. We offer clinical 1:1 Reformer Pilates in our beautiful Grace Studio to complement your workout routine on our amazing Allegro II machine. We also offer 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates Springboard sessions.
With flexible pricing and flexible scheduling our tailored 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are a Personal Training experience designed to give you maximum results so you achieve your goals faster.
We also offer traditional and challenging Mat Pilates classes.
